Please contact us through official channels for shipping-related inquiries. Core Benefit: All orders placed on ffvtmm.com enjoy free shipping across the entire store. This means we cover all shipping costs from our domestic warehouse (located in Yiwu, Zhejiang Province) to your designated delivery address in Singapore. You don't need to pay any additional shipping fees.

II. Order Shipping Rules
Shipping Time:
Regular Orders: After successfully placing and paying for your order on ffvtmm.com, we will complete product shipment review and packaging within 1-2 business days. (During holidays or peak order periods, shipping times may be extended by 1-2 business days, which will be announced in advance on our website homepage.)
Special Circumstances: If the item you purchased is a pre-order or temporarily out of stock, we will indicate the estimated shipping time on the product details page or notify you of the specific shipping time via email (sent to the email address you provided when placing your order) to ensure you stay informed of your order's progress.
Shipping Warehouse: All orders bound for Singapore are shipped from our warehouse in Yiwu, Zhejiang Province (the warehouse address is the same as our company address: Room 205, Unit 1, Building 51, Xiajitang Village, Chengxi Subdistrict, Yiwu City, Zhejiang Province (self-declared)). Products undergo rigorous quality inspection and protective packaging before shipment to prevent damage during transit.

Prohibitions and Restrictions: Due to Singapore Customs policies and logistics and transportation safety requirements, we cannot arrange shipping in the following situations:

The product is an electrical appliance prohibited from import into Singapore (for details, please refer to the Singapore Customs official website. We will also indicate "Importable to Singapore" or "Prohibited from Import into Singapore" on the product details page);

The delivery address is located in Singapore's military-controlled areas, privately controlled areas, and other locations where delivery is not permitted (please confirm the address accuracy when placing an order. If the address is incorrect, we will contact you by email or phone to correct it).​
III. Delivery Time and Range
Delivery Range: We cover the entire territory of Singapore, including the main islands of Singapore and major islands (such as Pulau Ubin and Pulau Tekong). Delivery times may be longer to remote islands, subject to actual logistics conditions. There are no regional restrictions. As long as you provide a valid delivery address within Singapore, we can arrange delivery.
Delivery Time:
Normal Delivery Time: After the product is shipped from our domestic warehouse, it is transported to Singapore via international logistics. Last-mile delivery is then completed by a local partner logistics provider in Singapore. The total delivery time is typically 5-7 business days (excluding packaging time before shipment and possible customs clearance delays).
Time Explanation: Delivery times are subject to slight fluctuations due to factors such as weather, customs clearance efficiency, and local delivery routes. If the delivery time exceeds the expected range, we will proactively track the logistics progress and provide you with timely feedback.​
IV. Tracking and Information Inquiry
Tracking Methods: After your order is successfully shipped, we will provide you with tracking information via the following methods:
Email Notification: We will send you the tracking number (including international tracking numbers and local Singapore delivery tracking numbers) to the email address you provided when placing your order. You can click the tracking link in the email or log in to the corresponding logistics provider's website and enter the tracking number to check the real-time shipping status.

V. Receiving and Handling Exceptions
Receiving Notes:

When signing for the goods, please check the packaging for damage and signs of squeezing. If the packaging is damaged, we recommend opening the packaging and inspecting the appearance and quantity of the goods before signing for them.

If the packaging is severely damaged, or if any items are missing or damaged, please do not sign for the goods. Immediately contact the local delivery person using the contact information on the delivery receipt, take photos for evidence, and then contact our official customer service. We will assist with reissuing or returning the goods (if the item meets our "7-day free return and exchange" policy, we will process it directly).​
Logistics Exception Handling:

Address Error/Undeliverable: If the delivery address you provided is inaccurate (e.g., missing address, incorrect street name), preventing the delivery service from being able to deliver the item, the service provider will attempt to contact you to confirm the address. If contact is still unsuccessful after 3 business days or the address cannot be corrected, the item may be returned to our domestic warehouse. We will notify you by email and offer you the option of re-shipping with the correct address (free shipping) or requesting a refund.

Item Lost/Damaged: If an item is lost or severely damaged during shipping (not due to minor damage to the packaging), we will verify with the service provider and re-ship the item free of charge (with the same re-shipping timeframe as regular orders).
