II. Return and Exchange Eligibility
Before requesting a return or exchange, please ensure that the product meets the following requirements to ensure smooth processing:
Product integrity: The product, accessories, and packaging (including the original box, instruction manual, warranty card, and gifts) must be intact, free of damage and signs of use (except where the product needs to be unpacked for testing or where no quality issues are found after trial use and the product will not be resaleable).
Property: Any of the following conditions apply:
The product has a quality issue (such as an inability to power on properly, a malfunction, or external damage; clear photos or videos are required to provide supporting evidence).
The product received does not match the order (such as the wrong model, color or specifications).
You are dissatisfied with the product's style or function (the product must be unused and not resaleable).
Complete documentation: You must provide your order number, product photos/videos, and receipt records to facilitate quick verification and processing.
III. Return and Exchange Application Process
Submitting an Application: You can initiate a return or exchange request via the following methods:
Email Application: Send an email to our official customer service email address: service@ffvtmm.com. Please indicate "Return or Exchange Request" + Order Number in the subject line. The body of the email should include your name, phone number, order number, reason for return or exchange, and photos/videos of the product problem.
Emergency Contact: For urgent communication, please call our legal representative, Mr. Li Lei, at 19272577124 (weekdays, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM). Please state your "return or exchange request" and order information, and we will assist you in submitting your application.
Review and Confirmation: Upon receipt of your application, we will review it within 1-2 business days and notify you of the review result (approval/rejection and reason) via email or phone. Returning Products: After approval, we will provide you with a detailed return address (which corresponds to our company address: Room 205, Unit 1, Building 51, Xiajitang Village, Chengxi Subdistrict, Yiwu City, Zhejiang Province (self-declared)) and shipping instructions. Please return the products within 3 days of receiving the approval notification (we recommend using a reputable local Singapore courier and retaining the shipping tracking number for tracking purposes). When sending, please include a note inside the package stating your order number, name, and phone number.
Inspection and Processing: Upon receipt of the returned products, we will inspect and process them within 3 business days.
If the products meet the return and exchange requirements:
Return Requests: After inspection and verification, a refund will be processed within 3-5 business days, and the refund amount will be credited to your original payment account.
Exchange Requests: After inspection and verification, we will arrange for a replacement product within 1-2 business days. The shipping information for the replacement product will be emailed to you, and shipping is free. If the product is not eligible for return or exchange, we will notify you of the reason by email or phone and return the product to you in its original condition (return shipping is at your expense and will be confirmed with you before shipping).
IV. Circumstances in Which Returns and Exchanges Will Not Be Accepted
